When serving red or white wine, your wine cooler can be chilled in two ways. Place your wine cooler in the refrigerator or freezer several hours or longer before serving. Chill white wine separately in the refrigerator. Your Wine Cooler will keep your wine chilled for three hours. For red wines which are usually served at room temperature (considered 65-68 degrees), place room temperature wine in a chilled holder. If your room is warmer than 68 degrees, add a small amount of ice to the bottom of the cooler or refrigerate your red wine for a short time to bring it to the desired temperature. Toast your friends and enjoy.
