My platters are about 16 inches in diameter and can be used for baking as well as serving. They are oven to tableware, made of white stoneware and are about one and 1/2 inches deep to fit chicken, vegetables, fish etc. Also, my glazes are like non-stick surfaces. They clean like a dream. They come in three varieties: Smooth rim, Scalloped rim and Leaf rim.
