Platters Our platters are about 16 inches in diameter and can be used for baking as well as serving. They are oven to tableware white stoneware and are about one and 1/2 inches deep to fit chicken, vegetables, fish etc. Pictured here is our platter with a carved and smooth edged rim. We also make platters with scalloped rims and others with carved leaves on the rims (no pictures are available at this time).
