Olive oil bottles are designed for ease of handling and storing. The ceramic bottle will preserve the oil and protect it from light exposure which breaks down the oil. The spout is stainless steel and meant for oil only. Each stainless steel spout comes with a black dust cap. Do not use with vinegars or salad dressings as they will corrode the metal. You may request a plastic spout to use with vinegar.
