Olive oil bottles are designed for ease of handling and storing. The ceramic bottle will preserve the oil and protect it from light exposure which breaks down the oil. The spout is stainless steel and meant for oil only and pours in an even controllable stream. Each stainless steel spout comes with a black dust cap. Do not use with vinegars or salad dressings as they will corrode the metal. You may request a plastic spout to use with vinegar. Customers have also bought these to hold liquid soap in the kitchen and they work very well for that use.
