If you know my work you know we love to eat and entertain. After several customer requests to make dip chillers, I designed one that can be used with ice, or boiling water to keep food cold or hot. When not using the two piece set for hot or cold serving, both pieces can be used separately as serving or baking dishes in the oven, microwave and of course the dishwasher. In addition to two recipe cards, enclosed with each purchase is a "Care and Use" card.
A Dip Chiller is made in two pieces. The bottom piece holds ice or hot water and the top piece holds the dip and fits down into the bottom piece. The dip bowl has a decorative carved rim which is the same as my brie bakers.
