Our Brie Bakers are hand thrown ceramic baking dishes designed and sized for efficiency and serving appeal. The bakers are sized to fit the cheese with just enough room for a topping and/or a crust. The sides are high enough for easy scooping and the cheese stays contained and doesn’t get messy. The carved rim always shows off the food. With each brie baker purchased we include two recipes and a "Care and Use" card. Customers rave about the recipes. One recipe has toasted pecans and Kahlua; the other has caramelized onions, sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
