Our Brie Bakers are hand thrown ceramic baking dishes designed and sized for efficiency and serving appeal. The bakers are sized to fit the cheese with just enough room for a topping and/or a crust. The sides are high enough for easy scooping and the cheese stays contained and doesn’t get messy. The carved rim always shows off the food. The recipe cards we enclose with each sale are sure to get raves. Customers love them. One recipe has toasted pecans and Kahlua; the other has carmelized onions, sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
