Great for baking and then serving oven to table. Wonderful as large pasta or salad bowl. The wide rim allows for easy holding when removing from the oven. A pot roast with vegetables, a whole chicken, large casserole or even a round lasagna ( just trim the noodle edges) makes a beautiful presentation in this dish. Note: My glazes are like non-stick surfaces - they clean like a dream.
